This plan is part of the Grand Forks-East Grand Forks MPO Metropolitan Transportation Plan and is updated every five years. It provides an opportunity for the MPO to check in with its partners, stakeholders, and the public on existing and emerging transportation considerations.

The Grand Forks-East Grand Forks Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is an organization that serves as a forum for local governments in the Grand Forks and East Grand Forks area to establish policies and plans to deal with transportation planning in the metropolitan area.

September 2023 Open House
The Forks Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) held their third and final open house to provide an update on the Street and Highway Plan Update project.
The in-person portion of the third public meeting was held on Thursday, September 21 at River Cinema. You can still review the meeting materials and add your feedback on the online meeting until October 13.
